At Naturographers, we specialize in professionally guided wildlife photography tours, workshops, and safaris across India. Since our tours involve advance bookings for safari permits, accommodations, transportation, and logistics, we request all participants to carefully read our refund and cancellation policy before confirming their booking.

Booking & Payment Policy

• A specified advance amount is required to confirm participation in any tour or workshop.
• Full payment must be completed before the tour commencement date as communicated by Naturographers.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt and official confirmation from our team.

Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellation requests must be made via email or written communication.
• Advance amounts paid towards the tour are generally non-refundable due to prior commitments made for accommodations, safari permits, and operational arrangements.
• If cancellation is informed well in advance, Naturographers may offer adjustment of the booking amount toward a future tour, subject to availability and management approval.
• Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or incomplete participation during the tour are not eligible for refunds.

Safari Permit & Government Charges

• Safari permits are issued by respective forest departments and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
• Government taxes, entry fees, camera fees, guide charges, and conservation charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Naturographers

Naturographers reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any tour due to:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Natural calamities
• Forest closures or government restrictions
• Political disturbances or safety concerns
• Insufficient participant registrations
• Unforeseen operational challenges

In such cases, participants will be offered either:

• An alternative tour date
• Credit adjustment for a future workshop/tour

Refunds, if applicable, will exclude non-recoverable expenses already paid to third-party vendors.

Wildlife Sightings Disclaimer

Wildlife sightings are unpredictable and depend entirely on natural conditions. Naturographers does not guarantee sightings of specific animals, including tigers, leopards, or rare bird species. Absence of sightings will not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Travel & Personal Responsibility

Participants are advised to arrange personal travel insurance for medical emergencies, cancellations, accidents, theft, or travel disruptions. Naturographers shall not be responsible for personal losses, injuries, delays, or damages occurring during the tour.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on banking procedures and payment gateways.
