Total 7 day expedition with 5 days of Tracking RED PANDA and HIMALAYAN BIRDING TRAIL

We will be covering both SIngalila National Park & adjoining Nepal Community forest
We will cover both RED PANDA & Exotic HIMALAYAN BIRDS.

Full day Tracking - 8 am to 4 pm

Day 1

• 09:00 – Reach New Jalpaiguri or Baghdogra by train / air travel respectively. • 10:00 – Travel to Manebhanjanga and breakfast on the way. • 14:00 – Reach Forest Entry gate and get the necessary Permits. • 18:00 – By 4x4 vehicle Arrive at KALAPOKHRI home stay. • 20:00 – Have our dinner • 22:00 – Rest for the day

Day 2- Day 6

• 07:00 - Have our breakfast and embark on a guided exploration of Nepal's forest . • 10:30 – Have our breakfast in the forest with nature. • 13:00 – Have our lunch in the forest with nature. • 16:00 – Complete our tracking and birding. • 20:00 – Have our dinner • 22:00 – Rest for the day

Day 7

• 06:00 –Pack all our belongings • 07:00 – Have breakfast and depart to MANEBHANJANG in a 4x4 vehicle. • 10:00- Arrive at MANEBHANJANG and change vehicles to Baghdogra/New Jalpaiguri • 13:00 –Reach NJP/BAGHDOGRA railway or airport and depart to our own destinations.

People coming from any part of India can take a straight flight to BAGHDOGRA or REACH NEW JALPAIGURI by train.

Yes, if client needs to leave each and every booking, we will take up that and cost will be included in the package or to be paid on visit.

We are booking only good homestay and food quality will not disturb your safari.

For Photography Camera with zoom 100-400 mm lens or greater, prime greater than or equal to 300 mm would be better for photography.

Declared a National park in 1992, Singalila ridge in the Eastern Himalayas is a hidden gem , home to rare high altitude soecues adapted to its pristine montane rainforest. This tropical cloud forest shelters red pandas, cats and many himalayan bird species, set against breathtaking Himalayan Landscapes. They are also home to elusive mammals including RED Pandas, Black bears , clouded Leopard leopard cats ,goral and serow. Its a haven for more than 350 bird species of Himalayan Birds.

REDPANDAS or the "FIREFOXES" are found in the eastern Himalayas and Southwest China. WIth red fur and bushy trails, they mainly eat bamboo and live in cool, dense forests.Endangered due to deforestation, poaching and inbreeding,conservation efforts are underway to protect their natural habitat. They are shy, very active in the afternoon and evening and communicate with soft whistles.
